Val Mohney

I’ve loved photography for a long time and I’m grateful for all the opportunities I’m given to explore deepening levels of creativity.

I love travel and being in a place long enough to learn the streets, people and rhythm of the life there. Among other projects, I’m currently working on documenting a non-profit project in Mali, Africa and a Vietnamese cookbook. I’ve a passion for collaboration and bringing together different people and elements of a project both in-person and online.

I am starting to have gallery shows and sell my work and I’m enjoying seeing the process unfold. I am intent on accelerating exposure of my work and welcome ideas for galleries and other art spaces. I’m happy to talk about projects that include travel, as well as editorials and documentaries that are a match for my energy and vision. I like helping people win.
